KAPPA OMEGA ALPHA EPSILON CHAPTER

As the Epsilon chapter of Kappa Omega Alpha, and we are looking forward to welcoming a new class of students through the Fall 2026 recruitment season. Our professional fraternity stands out through our unique intersection of business with law and public policy, creating a place where members can explore their diverse interests while developing valuable professional and leadership skills alongside one another. Such an academically diverse environment brings a special strength, unity, and value to our brotherhood.

 

As the core of our organization, our standout pillars are Knowledge, Opportunity, and Advocacy. Through our professional development events, mentorship, and meaningful connections, we are able to cultivate tons of knowledge and experience that extends far beyond this campus and into our professional lives. Over the summer, our brothers proudly represented KOA at over 35 organizations across the country, in various fields such as finance, accounting, law, technology, healthcare, and more.

 

Founded at Indiana University in 2024, the Epsilon Chapter is rapidly growing and evolving, with just over 80 active members. As our organization continues to grow each semester, we remain committed to preserving our close-knit brotherhood, holding meaningful connections with one another, and having a supportive culture. We welcome all prospective members with a GPA of 3.0 or higher from the Kelley School of Business as well as any other academic focuses across IU. I have some specific questions about recruitment. Where do I reach out?

Kappa Omega Alpha's Epsilon Chapter has an email dedicated to recruitment questions. If you have any specific questions about recruitment, attendance, etc., reach out on our "Contact" page and choose recruitment as the area of focus.

How does recruitment work? What events do I need to attend?

Business Fraternity recruitment happens in both the fall and spring semesters. Generally, you should aim to attend every event a Business Fraternity is hosting during the open rush week. After open rush, select Potential New Members are invited back to a second week of closed rush. Bids are extended after the second week of closed rush concludes.

What do I need to fill out? 

Our applications will be through a Google Form, linked on our website, and in the bio of our Instagram. Included in the form, you will need to submit your resume, LinkedIn URL, and a professional headshot.
